Must have Life and Annuities Product development experience with a Policy Administration System
Must have very good understanding of Life and Annuities product rules and business processes
Experience with ALIP Product Configuration or Business Configuration is preferable
Should have good analytical and problem solving skills
Understanding of SQL database and ability to write simple queries
Ability to work in an Agile environment and function with various business and IT stakeholders
Good Communication skills
