Job Summary:
As a Passthrough Tax Senior Manager, you work closely with partners, staff, and clients and are responsible for planning, managing, reviewing, and completing complex client engagements. You focus on partnerships, S corporations, and other flow through entities, advising clients on tax planning, structuring, and compliance matters. You serve as a leader within the practice, guiding teams, supporting the development of staff, and playing a key role in building client relationships and growing the firm's passthrough practice.
Our professionals have one goal in mind when working with clients to help them minimize their tax liability while keeping them in compliance with ever-changing tax laws. In addition to providing consulting and compliance tax services, our professionals offer several additional services, including stock option planning and international tax advice. We also provide expert consultation regarding tax implications on investments, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and liquidations.
