A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Collections Supervisor The Collection Supervisor's primary responsibility is to develop the collections department. The Supervisor will be responsible for ongoing monitoring and assessment of the collection strategy and KPIs of the business. The Supervisor is responsible for assessing the collectability of clients' accounts receivable and their likelihood to satisfy their financial obligations to United Water Restoration.
