USA Renovations is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for field and operations roles. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating hires to ensure positions are filled quickly with high-quality candidates. This is not a passive or administrative role. The Recruiter will proactively build talent pipelines and ensure the business is prepared to meet staffing needs without delays.
Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates so the company can scale operations without hiring delays or poor-quality hires.
