Job Title: Business Analyst (Regulatory & Compliance)

Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Contract Length: 12 months (potential extension up to 24 months)

Pay Rate: $60/hr - $64/hr

Role Overview

In this role, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. This position supports regulatory and compliance initiatives within Corporate & Investment Banking by analyzing regulatory requirements, assessing business impacts, and defining requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Business Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory requirements and assess impacts across business, operations, legal, compliance, and technology teams.
• Gather, document, and refine detailed business and functional requirements.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business solutions.
• Support regulatory reporting and data analysis activities.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment on requirements and objectives.
• Identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and business impacts resulting from regulatory changes.
• Produce high-quality documentation within established timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirements workshops.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with a focus on regulatory and compliance initiatives. Experience can be demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial markets, banking operations, and regulatory reporting. Proven ability to analyze regulatory impacts and gather detailed business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) or frontline banking teams.
• Experience with enterprise regulatory programs and large-scale compliance initiatives.
• Knowledge of and/or global financial regulatory frameworks.
