Associate Transaction Manager

As an Associate Transaction Manager, you will manage complex real estate transaction activities for KBC’s clients. Working with market resources and other stakeholders, this position is responsible for leading our team and clients through the execution of lease renewals, site acquisitions and more.

The person in this position will work directly with a senior brokerage team providing support through property analysis, due diligence coordination, marketing support and research.

This role will provide clients with excellent customer service to find real estate solutions for their needs.

This is an in-office position open in Newport Beach, CA; Nashville, TN and Woodbridge, NJ. An activel estate license is required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Establishes and nurtures business relationships for the purpose of creating future opportunities and developing new business.

Compile property data for clients and KBC brokers such as summary reports, maps, project milestones and presentations for listing or tenant assignments.

Provides tenants and landlords with leasing activity, market data and property information.

Prepares client documentation, offers, reports and other materials as needed.

Analyzes data and prepares various real estate reports on market comparisons, activity and historical data.

Reviews and leverages market / business data within company database. Ensures completion of record updates and additions.

Manage property listing phase and deliverables including marketing materials, proposals, online campaigns and events.

Monitor and maintain project tracking systems to ensure completion.

Partner with KBC Platform resources to build & maintain marketing and deliverable template library. Maintain market data.

Perform complex ad hoc projects, as requested by leadership.

Preferred Qualifications :

Requires knowledge of industrial real estate and a high capacity for independent decision making and initiative.

Exceptional organizational skills, ability to organize / prioritize departmental projects, and demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate within and between departments.

Ability to exercise judgment and discretion and to cope with shifting priorities, difficult situations and deadlines.

Experience with CoStar, LoopNet and property database systems required.

Experience with InDesign preferred.

Education and Experience :

A Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years applicable industry experience, or a similar combination of education and experience.

Real Estate salesperson license required.

Salary Range :

The expected annual base salary for this role is $65,000 - 90,000. Experience, skills, location and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.

Total compensation may also include discretionary bonus targets based on performance.
