We're on the lookout for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Begin your professional journey in our distinctive setting, where you'll have the freedom to innovate, collaborate effectively, and turn your enthusiasm into remarkable achievements.

Pay rate : $22 - 25 / hr.

Schedule : 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to other HR professionals by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications.

We are seeking a motivated individual that can multitask, has excellent communication skills, and an upbeat attitude. Assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail and being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Additional tasks :

  • Receive office packages / mail
  • Organize and file incoming invoices
  • Receive and organize payment checks
  • Verify corporate credit card statements
  • Purchase / maintain office and break room supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness of company restrooms on a daily basis
  • Schedule IT support
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
  • Handle workers' compensation claims as a backup

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.

Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
