We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations at a respected Long Term Care facility in the Cincinnati area. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all nursing operations, including compliance, staffing, and clinical programming
Ensure delivery of high-quality care in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards
Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment and professional development
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for residents
Monitor clinical indicators and drive performance improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Active, Unencumbered RN license in the State of Ohio
Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations (including OH Department of Health, CMS)
Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire clinical teams
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
