About the Role
The Company is in search of a Principal/MD to take on a pivotal role in originating and managing lower middle market investment opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving deal flow and leading the entire investment process, from sourcing and underwriting to closing and portfolio management. This includes building and maintaining relationships with key market participants, providing strategic input on portfolio management, and mentoring junior team members. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in private equity, investment banking, credit, management consulting, or other highly analytical fields, and an ownership mentality to effectively manage all aspects of the investment process. Applicants for the Principal/MD position at the company should possess a strong academic background and a history of professional excellence. The role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and a preference for experience in lower middle market investments.
