Our firm is seeking a seasoned Permanent Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is an outstanding opportunity for a legal professional passionate about immigration law and eager to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals and families. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field, with a strong emphasis on immigration matters. This role requires an individual who is knowledgeable about current immigration laws and policies, and who possesses exceptional legal writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice to clients regarding all aspects of immigration law, including but not limited to asylum, deportation defense, visa applications, and citizenship.
• Preparing and submitting legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, and appeals.
• Representing clients in immigration court proceedings, interviews, and meetings.
• Staying updated on changes in immigration law and policies, and informing clients of how these changes may affect their cases.
• Conducting thorough and accurate legal research to support case preparation.
• Collaborating with paralegals and other team members to ensure all case details are accurately recorded and updated.
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders.
