?HIRING! Talented Payroll/Human Resources Coordinator?
We're seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to support biweekly payroll, benefits administration, HRIS data, and day-to-day HR operations in a growing organization. This role is ideal for an early?career HR professional who enjoys payroll, employee support, and process improvement.
What You'll Do
+ Process biweekly payroll and review time records, adjustments, and deductions
+ Administer benefits enrollment, changes, open enrollment, and audits
+ Respond to employee questions on payroll and benefits
+ Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS (Paylocity preferred)
+ Reconcile payroll to the general ledger and partner with Finance
+ Support HR reporting, compliance, onboarding, and HR projects
+ Assist with policy updates, audits, and system improvements
What We're Looking For
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ 1-4 years of HR and/or payroll experience
+ Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS/Paylocity experience a plus
+ Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.50/hr.
