Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Sanctuary of Holy Cross is a compassionate and faith-based long-term care facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team and support the daily operations of our facility. The Administrative Assistant (Receptionist) will play a critical role in providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the facility. This position will involve a variety of tasks, including managing communication, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and supporting both staff and residents with administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for leadership staff.
• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, including resident records and administrative documents.
• Prepare letters, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Assist with billing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure administrative needs are met.
• Uphold the mission and values of the Sanctuary of Holy Cross in all interactions.
