Description
The SERVER for Island View Casino Resort's C&Gs Grill is required to provide fast, friendly and professional customer service to restaurant guests, staff and culinary production team. Responsible for greeting and making welcome each guest seated in any assigned station.Delivers prepared food to the appropriate guest within two minutes of completed production of order. Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards.
Maintains current and accurate knowledge of menu, suggests items to guests, accurately enters food and beverage orders into the point of sale (POS) system to ensure precise preparation of the product, and delivers prepared food to the appropriate guest upon production of the order.

Position RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent, previous food server experience in a high volume or casual fine dining restaurant and excellent customer service/communication skills required.
