GENERAL SUMMARY:
JFG Family Office is looking for a motivated, dedicated, self-starting individual for the position of Human Capital Team Analyst. This role provides many services for our clients, prospects, team members, vendors and the human capital team itself. This person must be able to prioritize and multi-task. Strong communication skills are necessary.
This position is responsible for assisting the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) and the Human Capital Team in coordinating events (onsite and offsite), providing client support and communication as it relates to human capital workflows and works to ensure team and company goals are met. This position is designed with potential for growth into a client-facing Human Capital Team role. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Professional or internship experience is preferred.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
•Schedule client engagements, internal meetings, and trainings for CLO and other human capital team members.
•Maintain CLO calendar, including assisting with travel logistics.
•Complete CLO monthly expense reports.
•Maintain documentation related to client engagement, including sending and saving engagement letters, tracking contracted services, and the upkeep of CRM opportunities for human capital engagements.
•Responsible for preparing conference rooms and offices for human capital-related client meetings.
•Work closely with Head of Special Projects to manage and coordinate the logistics of the firm’s largest client event, the Human Capital Summit.
•Maintain human capital resource library.
•Assemble all JFG human capital client meeting prep materials and deliverables.
•Manage ordering, inventory and distribution of human capital tools and supplies.
•Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

COMPENSATION:
Base salary range: $50,000-$80,000
