Job Summary
The Catalog Coordinator/Editor will collaboratively work with the Catalog Editor and Editorial Assistant to update the catalog in the content management system (CourseLeaf).
This position is funded on temporary sources and designed to support the University’s Academic Transformation initiative. The appointment is expected to begin in August and continue through the – academic year. While this is a term-limited role, it offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact institutional initiative.
Essential Functions
- Create catalog web pages using CourseLeaf CAT.
- Accurately proofread all catalog text and course descriptions with a high attention to detail, and make corrections as needed.
- Review program requirements and plans of study to ensure they follow university guidelines and policies.
- Assist Editorial Assistant with building plans of study and degree requirement lists in CourseLeaf CIM. Make changes and corrections as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. (Please review the for additional information.)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with a variety of computer applications including word-processing, spreadsheets, and Zoom/Microsoft Teams.
- Working knowledge or the ability to quickly learn the University infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision.

Additional Information
This position is classified as Exempt, grade J. Compensation for this grade ranges from $ 47,.00 to $ 71,.00 per year. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
