Technology Strategy Director

A company is looking for a Lead Director, Aetna Technology Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Chief Digital & Technology officer to iterate on strategic technology agenda and execution

Partner with technology and product leaders to define and drive strategic initiatives and long-term technology roadmaps

Support the evolution of the technology operating model, driving modernization and transformation across product & engineering

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technology strategy, management consulting, or product / engineering operations

3+ years of experience in healthcare, particularly with payers or providers

Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments while influencing without direct authority

Strong understanding of product-oriented operating models and lifecycles

BA / BS or equivalent experience required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
