Do you value the time you spend with your patients? Is it important to you that your patients and their families know and feel that you are with them? We are looking for Child Life Specialists to join our team who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences.

As a Child Life Specialist at Georgia Hospice Care, you'll provide skilled social services to patients on an intermittent basis in the home. These Child Life Specialist services are performed in accordance with the physician's orders, plan of care, and are coordinated with other team members. Most importantly, you'll assist families along their health care journeys with love and compassion.

Essential Functions : The Child Life Specialist essential functions :

Qualifications : A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care

Bachelors degree in relevant field and CCLS certification from the Child Life Council.

Current CCLS certification

2 year Child Life Specialist experience in a healthcare setting.
