Senior Software Engineer / Spring Boot / AWS

An enterprise organization in Worcester is seeking a Software Engineer III to help design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems. Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years of experience developing enterprise-level applications

Proficiency in Java or another object-oriented programming language

Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps tools, and CI / CD pipelines

Strong understanding of software architecture, reliability, and testing practices

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Desired Skills & Experience

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes

Strong communication and cross-team collaboration abilities

Interest in performance optimization and scalability
