Position Overview : HomePro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Area Manager (EAM) to lead and manage a team of Electrical Project Managers (EPMs) within the Residential Electrical sector. The EAM will play a critical role in ensuring the success and growth of Homepro's electrical projects across designated territories. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills, along with a strong background in electrical project management and residential construction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor a team of Electrical Project Managers (EPMs) by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient project execution and optimal performance.
• Project Oversight : Collaborate with EPMs to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion of residential electrical projects, while adhering to industry best practices, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Performance Management : Set clear performance goals for the EPMs, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Resource Allocation : Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to projects to maximize productivity and meet project timelines.
• Client Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring that projects are delivered to their satisfaction, while maintaining Homepro's reputation for excellence.
• Budget and Cost Management : Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
• Technical Expertise : Stay current with industry trends, electrical codes, and technological advancements to provide expert advice and solutions to project challenges.
• Communication : Serve as a central point of communication between the EPMs, internal departments, clients, and contractors, ensuring effective information flow and coordination.
• Reporting : Generate regular reports detailing project status, key performance indicators, and potential risks to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Problem Solving : Address issues, conflicts, and obstacles that arise during projects, utilizing a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
