Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Strategic and Commercial Account Executives, focusing on relationship management and account planning
Drive team performance against revenue targets and client satisfaction metrics through regular performance management
Oversee strategic account planning and manage escalated client issues, serving as the senior point of contact for high-value accounts
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven leadership experience managing teams with a focus on performance management
Expertise in strategic account management and managing complex client relationships
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the employer market and revenue growth strategies
Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth
