Role Overview

The organization is on the lookout for a passionate Director of Development to lead our regional fundraising efforts and oversee a dynamic development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic leader who excels in building impactful relationships with donors and stakeholders.

In this role, you will represent the organization at various high-profile events and dedicate time to nurturing relationships with major donors, while collaborating closely with the Executive Director to engage top-tier supporters. Your responsibilities will include setting long-term strategic goals, driving sustained revenue growth, and aligning our regional donor engagement initiatives with our national objectives.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of proven experience in development and fundraising, particularly in securing major gifts. Your expertise should encompass managing the entire donor lifecycle and successfully securing six-figure donations or larger. Experience in individual giving fundraising, organizing fundraising events, and effectively engaging a Board or volunteer leadership group will greatly enhance your application.
