Are you ready to bring your skills to a team that transforms patient experiences? Join our Primary Care & Rural Medicine team and play a crucial role in our outpatient primary care clinic. As a Medical Receptionist I, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors in the clinic. You will contribute to a positive and efficient clinic environment by scheduling appointments, routing calls to clinical staff and handling front desk tasks including data entry into the Electronic Management System (EHS) and billing / insurance processing and inquiries.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Medical Receptionist I : High school diploma or equivalent, and two years of experience in medical office, hospital, nursing home, or home health setting. The well-qualified candidate should also possess two years of experience in general office or personnel operations including one year experience working within a medical office. Prior experience and familiarity with Electronic Medical Record Systems is preferred. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
