An established and fast-growing manufacturing and distribution company is looking for a Logistics & Purchasing Manager to join their Trenton, NC operations team.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and keeping complex supply chains running smoothly. You’ll be the central hub connecting manufacturing, distribution, and branch operations — making sure materials move efficiently from production through to delivery.

The Opportunity

  • Title : Logistics & Purchasing Manager
  • Location : Trenton, NC ( on-site 5 days / week initially ; remote flexibility possible later)
  • Compensation : $75K–$80K base + 10–15% annual bonus + yearly raise reviews

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage logistics and purchasing activity for a growing multi-branch operation
  • Coordinate the movement of raw and finished materials between mills, paint lines, and branches
  • Maintain inventory accuracy across 8 branches and distribution partners
  • Partner weekly with branch managers on material counts and transfers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics teams
  • Use Excel and ERP systems (JobCor) to analyze, forecast, and streamline material flow
  • Identify and improve supply chain processes as the company scales from $50M+ to $100M+ in revenue
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • 1–7 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain operations (manufacturing or distribution preferred)
  • Strong Excel and ERP / MRP proficiency
  • Analytical, organized, and comfortable managing complex workflows
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator — both internally and with suppliers
  • Process-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a scaling organization
