Business Development Rep / Energy Efficiency Program Support Manager
Location : Hybrid - Newark 1 day per week & Remote
Duration : 1 year, with potential to extend additional year
- Oversee the performance of vendor(s), both office and field, that have been contracted to deliver program services; manage employee performance; ensure safety protocols and practices are followed.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams, including other RES members, Customer Care, Contracting, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, IT etc, as required to deliver program services, enhance program delivery / customer experience and resolve business issues.
- Develop and maintain program processes. Provide oversight for business controls, process improvement and compliance. Identify and implement process improvements and automate where possible.
- Monitor program Key Performance Indicators to ensure program delivery meets business plan expectations and regulatory requirements; Prepare and present program and project status reports to senior management.
Job Specific Qualifications
Required :
B.S. Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Finance or other relevant field or equivalent work experience plus 7 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields. In lieu of a degree, 11 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related field.Experience managing vendor performance, and leading cross-functional teams; Energy Efficiency or Electric Vehicle program experienceManagement / leadership experience working with cross-functional teamsValid US driver's licenseDesired :
