ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of four focused on delivering great service and supporting one another. We’ve built a strong, stable environment where teamwork and consistency are key.

I’m married with six children and value family both at home and in the workplace. That mindset carries into how I lead and support my team every day. We stay actively involved in the community, including supporting Yuma youth initiatives and other local efforts.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Katie Figueroa - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
