What You'll Do
Greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome the moment they walk in
Answer phones professionally, figure out what they need, and direct them to the right department
Handle cashier duties process payments (cash, cards, checks), calculate repair bills, issue receipts, and make change accurately
Support basic office tasks like filing, simple accounts receivable/payable entries, and keeping things organized
Help resolve customer questions or concerns quickly and with a positive attitude
Be part of a supportive team that keeps the dealership running like clockwork
Who We're Looking For
Friendly, upbeat personality with excellent customer service skills
Comfortable handling money and basic computer tasks (we'll train you on our system)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
Prior cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required we love motivated people who want to grow!
