Utah Valley University is seeking a collaborative and compassionate individual to join the Passages team as a Program Assistant in the Personal Empowerment Program. This position plays a key role in creating a supportive and engaging environment for students by preparing, setting up, and facilitating classes and activities that foster personal growth and confidence. As a valued member of the Passages team, you'll work closely with program staff, students, families, and community partners to ensure smooth coordination and meaningful experiences. Summary of Responsibilities

• Assists the Passages Program Director and support staff to prepare, set up and facilitate classes / activities in the Personal Empowerment Program.
• Responsible to provide support to students, collaborate with Passages team members, and interact with parents / guardians when appropriate.
• Attends weekly Passages Team meeting and reports on areas of responsibility.
• Works with the Passages team to coordinate with relevant UVU departments, community partners, program participants and their families.
• Coordinates with Passages team and MNCA leadership to address any emergent issues that may arise.

Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications

Minimum 6 months experience or in process of completing degree in related field.
