Client is seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to provide full-cycle recruiting support for both exempt and non-exempt positions. This role is essential in helping us attract, engage, and retain high-quality, diverse talent across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, develop strong talent acquisition strategies, and utilize our Workday recruitment system to manage the hiring process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of roles at all levels within the organization.
- Utilize Workday to perform recruitment functions, including posting jobs, reviewing applicants, updating workflows, and generating reports (training provided if needed).
- Source candidates using online job boards, social media, networking, and other creative recruiting methods.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants to ensure alignment with job qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to provide exceptional customer service and consultation.
- Collaborate with HR team members to support organizational hiring goals.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation in the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, union requirements, and employment laws.
- Support the development and execution of strategic recruitment initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Education :
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferredEquivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered in place of a degree.Experience :
Minimum 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles.At least 1 year of healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required (Workday experience preferred but training available).Experience with online recruiting, internet sourcing, and social platforms required.HRIS system experience (SAP, Lawson) a plus.Previous experience recruiting in a unionized environment highly desirable.Skills & Competencies :
