Job description
We're all about helping brands turn ideas into impact.
Frontify’s brand platform transforms how teams organize digital assets, collaborate on projects, and create engaging campaigns. Our people empower thousands of marketers and designers — including teams at Uber, Microsoft, Volkswagen, and Telefónica — to build engaging brands.
With headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and offices in London and New York City, we share a vibrant culture built on creativity, collaboration, inclusion, and joy. And we’re on the lookout for new team members to share our vision. If you’re ready for a brand-new adventure, keep reading!
Your teamThey're a diverse team of generalists who aim to know everything about anything Frontify. We love asking questions that drive learning and bringing that knowledge to colleagues and customers. Working cross-functionally, we bridge gaps between Technology, Business, and Services to create a panoramic view of the business. We’re a team that’s all about trying new things, and we’re people who value creativity, autonomy, transparency, solidarity, and boast a can-do attitude.
Your mission
You’ll be the ultimate product expert: The go-to person for detailed instructions and guidance on what is (and what isn’t) possible with Frontify. Not only do you know how to position Frontify for various use cases when helping our commercial teams during the pre-sales cycle, but you’ll also find creative workarounds and alternative ways of using our platform in order to improve the value a customer gets out of Frontify, and you will add valuable insights for our product strategy based on customer interactions. To best support our commercial teams, you’ll also get to know the tools our customers use most and advise on how to use Frontify with these tools through integrations, plugins, or separately. These tools include Figma, other DAMs, PIMs, CMSs and InDesign, but often require using Frontify’s APIs and SDKs. You’ll want to learn all about these and even have a chance to build your own examples / prototypes for both internal and external stakeholders.
You will bridge the gap between Product and Commercial, being responsible for scoping and consulting on questions regarding topics such as integrations, custom development, setup and implementation. All the time working closely with Enablement, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams to standardize answers and produce more efficient ways to operate. You’ll continuously expand the ways you can help the commercial teams as you build relationships and the product expands.

Your responsibilities

    • You will help Frontify land bigger deals, close them faster, and keep clients longer.
    • You will provide technical consulting and prototypes to help customers get more out of Frontify.
    • You will be a bridge between our product teams in Switzerland and our commercial teams in the US.
    • You will help evolve our product by constantly pushing the limits of what is possible.

Your story

    • You’re able to work remotely from anywhere in New York or within commuting distance of New York but feel comfortable and excited to come into the office once or twice a week.
    • You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Solutions Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / etc.) – ideally in the SaaS world.
    • You are technically strong. You have at least a few technical projects under your belt that you can describe and concepts like APIs, SSO and frontend technologies like React and TypeScript don’t scare you (you’ll need these). Maybe you even considered becoming a developer, or were one…
    • You have a business mindset and can easily slot into a sales conversation – previous commercial experience is a big plus, but not a requirement if you have the right attitude and habits.
    • You’re a quick study with experience in quickly onboarding to new platforms/technical concepts and successfully becoming a product expert in a short time.
    • You embrace continuous learning and are not afraid to be wrong or try new things that may fail.
    • You focus on value and don’t mistake action for progress.
    • Your friends would describe you as independent, detail-oriented, and proactive.
    • You feel comfortable guiding and coaching a multitude of internal stakeholders and peers on complex, technical issues.
    • You never settle for the status quo. You’re always looking at how to best optimize and enhance efforts and processes.
    • You learn new tools/programs with ease and can clearly communicate the value they provide.
    • You’ve made it this far, so, needless to say, you speak English fluently.
