Central Indiana growing restoration and reconstruction company seeking an experienced General Contractor with strong subcontractor relationships and proven ability to manage projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include managing residential and light commercial reconstruction projects, coordinating and overseeing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, budgets, and job quality, reviewing insurance scopes/estimates (Xactimate preferred), and communicating with customers and internal team.
Qualifications include 5+ years construction or GC experience, established subcontractor network, strong project management and leadership skills, insurance restoration experience preferred, and valid driver's license.
