About The Role:

We're looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee critical infrastructure across multiple properties here in Greenville, NC. This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence for our entire facility ecosystem. You'll be responsible for managing building maintenance, fleet operations, warehouse inventory, and emergency repairs across seven properties.

This position requires a highly organized, quick-thinking leader with a hands-on approach and a strong foundation in technical building systems. What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee the maintenance and daily operations of multiple commercial buildings across MrBeast properties
• Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and internal support teamstracking progress, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
• Lead the upkeep of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical infrastructure, fire safety systems, and landscaping
• Handle emergency maintenance issues with urgency and professionalismincluding after-hours response when needed
• Take a hands-on approach to repairs plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, and beyond stepping in to fix issues directly when needed
• Manage warehouse inventory, tool organization, and supply systems to ensure all teams are equipped and operations run efficiently
• Oversee fleet vehicles, including routine maintenance, repairs, and tracking
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, fire safety codes, and facility safety standards
• Supervise the safe handling of propane and other flammable materials across all relevant locations
• Maintain and enforce best practices around workplace safety, cleanliness, and organization

What Makes You A Fit:

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, commercial property maintenance, or related operations roles
• Deep knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, electrical, and fire systems
• Strong Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commercial building compliance
• Comfortable operating hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment
• Experience managing multiple contractors and overseeing large-scale repairs or upgrades
• Knowledge of fleet vehicles and the ability to coordinate basic repairs and servicing
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with a calm, focused approach
• Highly organized with strong budgeting and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skillscomfortable managing people and working cross-functionally
• Forklift certified (or willing to become certified)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Based in Greenville, NC and widely available for on-call emergencies
