Our client is a growing, DBE-certified geospatial services firm delivering professional land surveying, LiDAR, GIS, aerial mapping, and photogrammetry to State DOTs and engineering firms across the Southeast. With almost 40 employees and consistent year-over-year revenue growth, they are adding a Director of Operations to serve as the operational backbone of the business. This is a senior leadership role you will report directly to the owner, serve as a peer to the Survey Manager and BD lead, and be expected to bring structure, accountability, and financial discipline to a firm that is scaling fast.
