The Program Manager / Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for developing, driving, and performing an evaluation of project management software, and managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate is collaborative, good communicator, passionate about Customer Success, proficient in leading projects from ideation to completion, and proficient in building out new processes and procedures that result to operational efficiencies. Experience in RFP, RFI creation, process, and execution. Vendor evaluation process. You will have the ability to combine project management acumen and analytical skills to deliver value-add results to the business. Cross-functionally with groups like IT, Delivery, Operations, Product Management, Support and Finance.
