What matters most
To excel as a Full-Time Construction Project Manager at Horst Construction, you will need a robust set of skills and qualifications. A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent experience, is essential, along with a minimum of 3 years of construction experience, including at least 2 years in commercial project management. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, and MS Project will be crucial for streamlining project workflows.
Additionally, a strong understanding of blueprints and contract documents, along with knowledge of relevant building codes and construction trades is necessary to ensure compliance and quality.
