Responsibilities

The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok E-commerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. TikTok US E-commerce team is seeking an experienced strategy ops analyst to work on a variety of Operations Strategy initiatives and projects. You will have an immediate impact on TikTok Shop US operations team. Your main responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce resource planning strategies with a specialization in incentive design, including goal/budget setting and performance review.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and benchmarks for merchant incentives, staying informed about emerging best practices.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to creator incentives, such as conversion rates, GMV growth, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the product teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of creator incentive programs.
• Collaborate with the finance team to analyze the financial impact of creator incentive programs and optimize resource allocation based on ROI analysis.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of creator incentive programs, recommending and implementing adjustments to maximize their impact.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience of strategic and analytical experience at leading tech companies or consulting firms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Python.
• Proven experience in the ecommerce or related industry, preferably within resource management, and incentives.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with financial analysis and ROI calculations related to incentive programs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $209380 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
