A Randstad client in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee SuccessFactors implementations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, and bring 8-15 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in managing SuccessFactors implementations. A PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable. The candidate should possess extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, ONB 2.0, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Compensation, alongside proficiency in project management software like MS Project and JIRA. A strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, as well as expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, is essential. The role demands strong risk management skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills for managing cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
