Certified Nurse Aide CNA Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide CNA to join our team at Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Catskill, New York. As a Certified Nurse Aide CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, while working in a supportive team environment. I Join us in our mission to provide exceptional care and compassion to our residents.
Certified Nurse Aide CNA Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulation as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided
Participate in care conferences and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff
