Feltz Therapy Services is growing and hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for a pediatric clinic and home care position in Smyrna, Tennessee. This position is building to full-time. Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows are welcome and will receive dedicated support and mentorship.
About the Role
You will work in a dynamic outpatient pediatric setting, with both clinic-based and home visit caseloads. Full-time SLPs can expect to schedule a minimum of 25 hours of direct patient care per week. The position offers clinical autonomy and schedule flexibility, with incentives available for documentation efficiency and late visits.
Schedule
The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm with no weekends and no major holidays. Schedule flexibility is available based on the needs of both the clinic and the clinician hired.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary is in the range of $60,000 to $90,000 per year based on experience, with additional earning potential through incentives. Qualifications
Candidates must be eligible for Tennessee state licensure as an SLP or SLP-CF. Prior pediatric experience is preferred. SLP Clinical Fellows are welcome and will be fully supported and mentored. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred, and part-time candidates with a minimum of 6 hours of availability will also be considered. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without restriction.
