Candidate with 5 years of relevant experience in financial modeling and analysis, specializing in cash flow valuation, discounted cash flow analysis, and advanced Excel skills, including macro development and energy asset modeling.
Strong background in energy sector is a plus.
Proficient in data analysis tools such as V-lookup, with an emphasis on cash flow management over accounting.
Holds a finance or business degree and has expertise in asset management.

Top skills: include Excel modeling, financial analysis, and cash flow valuation (VVR).

Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst CES Project Structuring who thrives at the intersection of financial strategy, energy solutions, and deal-making.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in shaping smart, value-driven investment opportunities evaluating project economics, designing robust financial models, and crafting funding strategies that bring complex energy projects to life. From analyzing risk to unlocking project viability, your insights will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Legal, Commercial, and Senior Leadership as well as external partners such as lenders and investors. Whether it’s structuring deals, supporting contract negotiations, or navigating funding strategies, you’ll be a key player in turning opportunities into successful transactions.

What You Bring to the Table

• Strong expertise in financial modeling and analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a knack for building and maintaining sophisticated models
• Experience (preferred) in areas such as: Energy project finance & distributed energy assets Energy efficiency transactions Project finance, tax equity, or capital lease structures
• Solid commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to business outcomes
• Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Hands-on experience supporting financing documentation, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional deal execution

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60.00 - $64.27 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
