What You’ll Do Responsibilities include: Monitoring anesthesia and assisting in advanced surgeries Working side by side with the surgery doctor to determine surgical flow and priorities Delegating tasks to ensure efficiency and patient safety Mentoring and training technicians and assistants Onboarding new hires to hospital protocols and standards Assisting in scheduling and maintaining a smooth daily workflow Leading by example to uphold our high standards of medicine and patient care Supporting collaboration between hospital leadership and the technical team What We’re Looking For Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) strongly preferred 2+ years of proven anesthesia, surgical, and dental experience required Proven ability to monitor anesthesia and assist in complex surgeries Strong communication and leadership skills Experience training and mentoring team members Positive, compassionate, and professional mindset Excited to help shape the success of our hospital’s surgical services Compensation & Benefits Pay starts at $23/hr but goes up based on experience.
