• Professionally prospect inside one of our trusted retail partners locations to pitch and sell the various Venture Solar product offerings
• Assist homes and families with saving money through our residence focused sales practice
• Gather the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar solution
• Set appointments for yourself to answer any outstanding customer questions inside the home.
• Work with sales experts to ensure customer accounts flow through the install process
• Strategically network and expand your customer base
• Confidently provide focused customer service
• Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics
• College Degree (Preferred)
• Prior sales or hospitality experience
• Outstanding customer service experience
• Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns
• Ability to work independently and determine personal work schedule to be productive
• Desire to help homes and families save money and live healthier, greener lives
