K&M Development is a franchisee for Take 5 Oil Change, the fastest growing quick lube brand in the US. Take 5 is about giving our customers fast and friendly service through our "stay in your car" drive-thru format. We are actively seeking new team members from all backgrounds to join us in opening several new stores across South and North Dakota. Whether you have automotive experience, or not, we have a compelling opportunity for you!
Are you a people person? Outgoing and positive attitude? Like working as part of a strong team? We will train you how to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and other light maintenance services and become a customer service maniac in the process. Our employees are successful coming from all backgrounds and experience levels. Though our services are auto related, our culture has a customer service focus like restaurants or retail environments.
