Utilize social media platforms for outreach, marketing, and engagement purposes. Collaborate with local organizations for fundraising efforts and community events. Provide addiction counseling support as needed, adhering to best practices in public health. Lead program development initiatives that address community issues. Maintain administrative records related to outreach activities and volunteer management. Recruit participants for programs and events, ensuring diverse representation. Qualifications Proven experience in volunteer management and supervising teams. Strong public speaking abilities with experience engaging various audiences. Background in program development, project management, or marketing is essential. Familiarity with data collection methods for program evaluation. Experience in social media management to enhance outreach efforts. Knowledge of addiction counseling principles is a plus. Educational background in public health, social work, or related fields is preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
