POSITION DESCRIPTION : Provide leadership, direction, and operational management for cancer business development, clinical affiliations, and outreach within Affiliations and Networks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategy and Planning :

• Collaborate with DUHS (including DHIP), DCI, SOM, and SON senior leaders to develop and support strategies for growth based on market analysis, revenue potential, and brand protection.
• Create tactical plans with direct reports to execute strategic initiatives.
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to maximize growth and network portfolio.
• Engage in internal departmental collaboration to develop and support department strategy, goals, and tactics.

Incumbent will serve as role model and resource for professional colleagues, and will participate in leadership activities such as committees, professional organizations, publishing, teaching, and research.

Required Qualifications at this Level :

Education : Master's degree in a related field is required, healthcare and oncology concentration strongly preferred.

Experience : Work requires a minimum of five years' experience in hospital operations including at least three years at the administrative leadership level.
