Job Description and Contract Benefits Accessible supports BCBAs receive mentorship weekly Locally owned and operated by BCBAs Free access to assessments Free CEUs available on-demand Quarterly off-site BCBA meetings Ongoing training and development Up to $1,000/year development stipend Unlimited CEU days with credit toward weekly goals Paid CPR and Safety-Care training Leadership training Quarterly professional development days for all technicians Monthly training events from outside providers Respect for time off PTO credit toward weekly goals Optional 4 day work-week Paid maternity leave Essential Functions Provide clinical supervision and direction to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Interns Develop, implement, and update treatment plans Conduct assessments (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, Functional Behavioral Assessment) Provide ABA therapy in home, clinic, and/or community settings Complete all documentation required for authorization of services Analyze data and modify programs as needed Schedule and conduct ongoing parent and/or caregiver trainings Participate in staff meetings and trainings Ensure quality standards of the ABA program (BST-Behavior Skills Training, IOA-inter observer agreement, etc.) Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to ensure consistency of interventions Supervise a minimum of 200 clinical hours weekly from services provided by RBTs Complete a minimum of 25 billable hours weekly (includes parent training, assessment, program modification, and direct). Prior to licensing and credentialing, BCBA is expected to provide a minimum of 25 billable hours weekly, possibly including direct sessions. Complete session documentation and convert appointments within 24 hours Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, parents, and staff Provide regular and constructive feedback/evaluations to all services providers and staff Adhere to the ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) Maintain all clinical records in accordance with HIPAA Required Education and Experience Master’s Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program. BCBA certification in good standing Be in good standing as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Oklahoma or eligible to apply for LBA Experience providing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) Experience supervising others, providing parenting training, and behavioral intervention Excellent communication skills with other providers and families Passionate about helping children and their families Proficient in using electronic devices (computer, tablets) for extended amounts of time Reporting The BCBA reports to the ABA Clinic Director and/or the Chief ABA Officer. Payroll is processed bi-weekly, constituting 26 annual pay periods. The salary will increase as outlined below: Benefits Annual Compensation package potential ($105,000) – base salary + incentive pay when criteria are met Starting Annual Salary Range $70,000-$80,000 Increase in salary up to $15,000 upon billing one month of 200 average tech hours per week Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance (Peak will pay for 50% of these insurance premiums for the employee). Dependents can be added as needed, but the employee is responsible for 100% of those costs. Eligible to earn up to $10,000 annual in incentive pay when expectations are met (as outlined in the BCBA Incentive Plan) Eligible to earn up to $40 per hour in additional incentive pay for each hour billed over a 25 hour average in a month, which would total over an additional $10,000 for an average of 30 hours billed per week Short-Term Disability (100% paid by Peak) Paid Time-Off (accrue up to 3 weeks annually) Paid Holidays, as outlined in Peak’s Policy Manual Paid Continuing Education (Up to $1000 annually) Paid Licensure Fees Mileage Reimbursement Paid Expenses (Google Voice, supplies, etc.) Company laptop Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position with the expectation that the BCBA works at least 40 hours weekly.
