Full-timeBoard Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physicianto join a thriving outpatient practice in Lafayette, Indiana. The group includes three physicians, three nurse practitioners, and an experienced support staff in a busy, well-established clinic.
What You Need:
MD/DO with completed Family Medicine residency
Board Eligible / Board Certified in Family Medicine
Active or eligible Indiana medical license
BLS (American Heart Association) required or obtainable
Strong commitment to clinical quality and patient satisfaction
Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to build long-term community relationships
Schedule & Practice Details:
Practice hours: Monday"Friday, 7:30 a.m."5:30 p.m.
Flexible schedule; no weekends or holidays
Average 18"20 outpatients per day
Shared call: 1:4 with nurse triage system
Physician oversight of one nurse practitioner
Telehealth available
On-site lab
Common diagnoses: child and adult wellness, back pain, endocrine issues, hypertension, heart failure
