About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across the full spectrum of consumer lending functions. This key leader will be responsible for indirect lending, direct consumer lending underwriting, and consumer lending operations, ensuring that the company's lending programs are competitive, compliant, efficient, and aligned with its purpose, vision, and strategic goals. The role demands a senior executive with a minimum of 10 years' experience in consumer lending sales and operations, including at least five years in a leadership position, and a strong background in credit management, regulatory compliance, and profitability analysis. The SVP will also be tasked with setting and achieving lending goals, leading a team of VPs, and championing continuous improvement and modernization across the consumer lending division. Candidates for the SVP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with a preference for those holding a professional certification or graduate degree. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of loan processing systems, credit analysis, underwriting guidelines, and risk management, as well as experience with product innovation and digital lending platforms. Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain deep and profitable relationships with partners. The SVP will be expected to represent the company at an executive level in various engagements and to promote a high-performance leadership culture grounded in collaboration, integrity, accountability, and innovation.
