We're hiring a our first Events Lead to work directly with our Head of Marketing and help scale Listen from $XXM ? $100M+ ARR. You'll help shape how our brand and message goes to market by creating curated event experiences that customers actually want to attend. This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines taste, creativity, and detail-oriented execution and wants to help build 0-1 at a breakout company in the AI era.

Min. 4+ years in B2B SaaS corporate events, field marketing, or related roles. You should have strong creative judgment, experience producing standout events, and the ability to move fluidly between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution. Excitement about travel and working in a fast-paced startup environment is important.

Listen Labs is an AI-powered research platform that helps teams uncover insights from customer interviews in hours not months. We help customers analyze conversations, surface themes, and make faster, smarter product decisions.

Company highlights entirely product-led:

  • World-Class Team: Founded by serial entrepreneurs (previous AI exit), former co-founders, and talent from Jane Street, Twitter, Stripe, Affirm, Bain, Goldman Sachs, and many more Sequoia-backed startups (plus IOI/ICPC backgrounds).
  • Hypergrowth: We're a fast-growing team backed by top-tier investors that's grown several-fold in the past year, and we're set on multiplying that again. We move fast, care deeply about craft, and love working with people who take ownership.
  • Traction: Rapid growth across segments with enterprise wins at Google, Microsoft, Nestl, and P&G.
  • Performance: Industry-leading win rate driven by a highly differentiated product.
  • Market Validation: Consistently winning customers across all segments with over six-figure lands that lead to quick expansions.
  • Viral Product: Interviews are shared with tens of thousands of viewers, fueling PLG, organic expansion, and daily inbound from Fortune 500s.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to shape brand and campaign strategy
  • Develop and execute campaigns that break through the noise and drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
  • Own campaign planning from concept to launch, including messaging, timelines, creative coordination, and rollout
  • Own and elevate how Listen shows up at events, from small marketing moments to larger brand experiences
  • Create event experiences that attract the right audience, generate excitement, and leave a strong brand impression
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, design, and leadership to ensure campaigns and events are cohesive and effective
  • Manage the operational details that make campaigns and events excellent, from planning and vendors to onsite execution and follow-through
  • Measure performance, gather learnings, and continuously improve what we do

Who You Are

  • Strong operator who can manage multiple moving pieces without losing quality
  • Has a strong POV on creating a world-class conference presence, from booth design to side events to the small details that make people remember Listen
  • Understand the ins and outs of putting on great events, with a strong sense for what creates real energy and audience pull
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through; you catch the things others miss
  • Excited to play a leadership role in the org, shaping how Listen shows up in the market
  • Collaborative and low-ego, with the ability to work across functions and bring people together around a shared plan
  • Commercially minded; you think about pipeline and impact, not just logistics
  • Excited to travel and be in the field representing the company as needed

Life at Listen Labs

  • Competitive Compensation: We're backed by world-class investors, including Sequoia Capital, Ribbit, and Conviction, alongside Evantic, AI Grant, and Pear VC, and offer competitive compensation packages with meaningful equity ownership in a market where over 30B has been created in adjacent industries (Medallia, AlphaSense, GLG, Ipsos, Kantar). Our Sequoia partner, Bryan Schreier, was the first investor in Qualtricsa $12B company tackling similar problems to ours.
  • The range for this role is $150,000 $200,000 OTE. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, and work location. If this range doesn't match your expectations, we still encourage you to apply.
  • Benefits that Support You: Comprehensive healthcare and dental coverage, flexible time off to recharge, and an environment that values balance and trust.
  • Room to Grow: As an early member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to have end-to-end ownership over new responsibilities, shape processes from scratch, and grow alongside the company. We value people who want to stretch beyond their role and build something lasting.
