Overview Loan Relationship Manager position in Waukesha, WI with WBD, Inc. This role supports SBA 504 lending and is comparable to a commercial portfolio management role in a financial institution. It is suitable for a credit professional who can independently manage complex loans from underwriting through pre-closing, while serving as a trusted resource to lender clients, borrowers, and WBD Loan Officers and support teams. Senior Credit Analyst candidates with strong SBA knowledge and credit judgment may be considered and developed into the Loan Relationship Manager role.
