Position Summary:Acts as brand ambassador with constant frontline interactions with clients both internal and external. Responsible for handling inbound calls outbound calls email and live Duties and Responsibilities:Act as a brand to telephone email and live chat inquiries from clients and up-to-date on new information or changes that have been issued to the product line or within the trends related to all aspects of service. Recommend suggestions for a cancellation or change paperwork as needed with knowledge of warranties and terms of client complaints while maintaining composure in difficult after delivery service issues as confirmation emails to ensure clients are obtaining correct and relevant other assigned projects and related tasks within Skills and Abilities:High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years experience in customer a customer-first attitude; highly motivated to achieve customer listening skills written and verbal communications skills.
